As your appointed key holder our core property
management package will provide an attentive and reliable service
for you which includes:
• 24/7 with dedicated contact point
• Weekly property inspections (internal/external)
• Property checklist, inspection logbook and monthly report
• Immediate fault reporting and agreed maintenance solutions
• Mail collection/re-direction
• Patios, terraces, balconies swept (external)
• Watering indoor/outdoor plants
We will also make emergency check/s on the property in the event
of a storm or adverse weather conditions.
The 24/7 Home Services package can also include any additional
optional extras as featured in the Client
Services, Concierge Services
